Freespace Dance joined WHITE WAVE Dance for their 22nd annual DUMBO Dance Festival, the most anticipated four-day festival of contemporary dance in the greater New York City region. Committed to developing dance as an important art form, WHITE WAVE scours the globe in search of the most innovative of today's dance makers, both emerging and established, and brings them to Brooklyn for one extended weekend.
Pentacle Presents: Dance in Philadelphia

Pentacle brought the work of five female-led companies to Philadelphia's renowned home for dance. For two nights, modern and contemporary dance from both coasts convened to tell a diverse array of stories.

Freespace shared My Back to You at WHITE WAVE Dance’s seventh annual SoloDuo Dance Festival, which celebrates solo and duet choreography and presents established and emerging choreographers and companies. “The SoloDuo Dance Festival's foremost priorities are to inspire performing artists of all stripes and callings, stretching the limits of their creativity, taking it to new heights and providing vivid experiences to its audiences.”
Pentacle Showcase at Apap|NYC+ 2023 (city center, NYC)
Featuring The Many Faces Of, an in-progress study of femininity inspired by the Hindu Goddesses with the recognition of the feminine experience by all genders, in an in-person showcase as part of the 2023 Association of Performing Arts Presenters (APAP) conference
